Wine Primitivo di Manduria

Intense ruby ​​color with a bouquet of ripe fruits and harsher notes of spices is achieved thanks to the large access to the sun during the maturation of the primitivo grapes. The mouth is slightly slender, well-balanced and harmonious. The grapes are grown using the traditional method of cultivation "Alberello" and harvested by hand at the end of August, when the fruits reach the best state of ripening. After the harvest, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 33 ° for approx. 25 days to underline the structure and aromas of the wine. The next 4 months the wine matures in oak barriques. The final effect captivates with purity of the fruit and clear harmony with barrel accents. The wine will be delivered in elegant dark box. Bottle capacity: 0.75l.
