A real chocolate cake based on almond flour with the addition of raspberry jelly pectin (Pate de Frut). The French chocolate genache and the chocolate and roasted roasting broths make this cake a wonderful balance on the border of delicacy and crispiness. It was made by the Masters of Confectionery, who made sure that each layer of baking evoked a completely different taste experience.
